You are very welcome to Mill Road Farm which is a modern farmhouse located on a working dairy farm overlooking the sea and the Saltee Islands and is near the charming fishing village of Kilmore Quay.

Kilmore Quay is a quaint fishing village with a row of white-washed thatched cottages which make a visual avenue as the visitor enters the village. The harbour has an added attraction of a 55 birth marina in addition to the commercial fleet, make the harbour in Kilmore Quay a must for both leisure and commercial boating.

Kilmore Quay is famous for its angling and there are many species of fish available. There are many Licensed angling charter vessels which operate on a almost year round basis. Shore fishing is also available from a number of rock, beach and pier venues. Scuba diving is also available, as Kilmore Quay offers the keen diver a fabulous location for diving.
There are many other areas of interest, Ballyteigue Burrow is famous for its flora and fauna and offers the visitor some beautiful walks on miles of the finest sand dunes in the south-east. The Saltee Islands are an added attraction as it is a famous bird sanctuary. Kilmore Quay and the area around it has many unspoilt beaches. A boat trip around the Saltee Islands, offer breathtaking scenery and excellent views of the seabirds and the islands cliffs. Visitors can avail of a days sailing or a fishing trip. Charter boats are available for hire.

There are seafood restaurants and a pub in Kilmore Quay offering fresh sea food and there is also a seafood festival in July where one can taste a range of fresh seafood. There are many shops which include grocery, butcher and fresh fish shop.

Wexford has three championship golf courses within a 20 minute drive from Kilmore Quay.

The farmhouse has 4 very spacious en-suite bedrooms with TV and hairdryer and offers some stunning views of the sea, the sand dunes of the burrow and our beautiful garden. We offer home baking and an early breakfast for guests travelling to the Rosslare ferries. We also have a guest TV lounge.

We are situated on the main road (R739) into Kilmore Quay, half way between Kilmore village and Kilmore Quay. We are only 20 minutes from Rosslare Europort.

Rosslare Europort is located just 19km from Kilmore Quay. Rosslare offers ferry services to and from Fishguard, Pembroke, Le Harve, Cherbourg and Roscoff. To get to Kilmore Quay from Rosslare Europort turn left off N25 9km from Rosslare.
